Corporate Finance Executive — M&A & Due Diligence

Crowe in Maidstone, Kent, is seeking a Corporate Finance Executive to support transaction services and lead advisory engagements. The role reports to the Director and Partner within the Corporate Finance Team.

You’ll assist in planning and executing due diligence, financial modelling, information memoranda, and client presentations, while building relationships with banks, lawyers, and other intermediaries.
