Job Description:
Protalent is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Corporate Finance & Advisory team in City of London on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on valuations, cashflow modelling, and assisting on debt and equity raises, including EMI and growth share projects.
You will work closely with partners in a small, advisory-led environment. Ideal candidates ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified with strong Excel modelling who can handle multiple live projects and communicate with business owners.
