About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for due diligence and asset management for a broad range of clients in sectors such as Banking, Retail, and Hospitality. You will prepare reports on titles, leases, refinancing, and acquisitions, and contribute to agreements for lease and wider property due diligence.
About the Team
You will join a growing Real Estate team in Belfast, working closely with experienced professionals, including Alison Reid, Partner, Ruth Downie, Legal Director, and one of the London Partners, John Downs. The team is recognized for its strong technical and commercial capability across all areas of the market.
