Global Payroll Specialist (Belgium Focus) — Hybrid

Primark is seeking an International Payroll Specialist for a 12+ month FTC, based in Reading with hybrid work. You will manage end‑to‑end payroll for Belgium and other international markets, ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery.

You will coordinate inputs with local stakeholders and providers, perform validations and year‑end activities, and handle payroll queries, reconciliations, and tax submissions. A 5+ year payroll background and CIPP or equivalent accreditation are required.
