Hybrid Safeguarding & Inclusion Lead

Camp Beaumont UK Operations seeks a dedicated Safeguarding and Inclusion Manager to lead safeguarding, SEND support and inclusive practices across the Southeast region. The role requires agile travel to camps and collaboration with Operations Directors to uphold the highest safeguarding standards.

You’ll develop policies, guide staff, and ensure safe, welcoming experiences for all children, including those with additional needs, within our expanding holiday childcare programme.
