People & Culture Lead: HR Strategy & Development

Lakeland Arts is seeking an HR leader to champion the employee and volunteer journey from recruitment to development and promotion, embedding good HR practices and Lakeland Arts’ values. You’ll lead the development and implementation of a people strategy.

Manage all core HR functions including payroll, employee relations, policy development, learning and development, and ensure compliance with employment and volunteer policies.
