UK Talent Acquisition Specialist – End-to-End Hiring

BYD Europe is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to lead UK end-to-end recruitment. You will partner with UK HR and hiring managers, manage processes from vacancy approval through onboarding, and ensure a positive candidate experience across functions.

You will source via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, offers and checks, and maintain accurate recruitment data to support UK employment compliance and HR objectives.
