Summize, a US/UK-based legal tech scale-up, is seeking a People Business Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support the whole organisation with strategic HR guidance across the business in Manchester.
You’ll handle absence monitoring, payroll queries, HR records, and stay compliant with UK and US employment law while partnering with leaders to shape HR policy, reward schemes, and ED&I initiatives. This role requires strong HR expertise and stakeholder management.
