People & Culture Leader (UK) — Strategic HR Partner

Allpress Espresso Ltd in London is seeking a senior People & Culture Leader on a fixed-term 12‑month parental leave contract starting November 2026. You will act as the standalone P&C expert for the UK, guiding senior leaders, shaping the people agenda, and delivering both strategic advice and hands‑on operational work.

You’ll partner with the Global P&C team, drive engagement and retention, and oversee recruitment, onboarding and employment relations in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
