Payroll Remediation Specialist — Hybrid (Southampton)

Gold Group is seeking a HR Pay and Reward Manager to support a large-scale payroll remediation programme in Southampton. You will administer payments, produce employee communications, respond to queries, and ensure statutory payroll requirements are met.

The role requires strong payroll knowledge, the ability to explain complex calculations on pay, pensions, tax, NI, holiday pay and minimum wage, and collaboration with payroll systems and external bodies.
