HR Manager: People Champion, Recruitment & Early Careers

Perega is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead day-to-day HR delivery, supported by the HR Director and external consultant. You will advise managers, oversee recruitment and Perega’s apprenticeship programme, and drive learning across the organisation. This role emphasises collaboration, inclusivity and practical people solutions.
