HR Manager: Lead People & Culture in Daventry Logistics

GXO is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead people strategy on the NHS Supply Chain contract in Daventry. You will align HR policies with legal requirements, drive a People Plan, and lead the HR team to deliver objectives. The role requires strong HR knowledge, ongoing employment law expertise, and the ability to influence at all levels.

Working Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00, with some flexibility. Salary up to £50k plus 25 days leave, pension, life assurance, and death in service benefits.
