Hybrid Legal Costs Consultant – Budgets & Settlements

Shakespeare Martineau is seeking a Costs Consultant to join our Costs Team with experience in receiving party costs in clinical negligence and serious personal injury matters. The role is permanent and full-time, based primarily in Birmingham with national travel.

You will draft costs-related documents, manage a busy caseload, and contribute to cost budgeting and settlements while delivering high-quality client service in a flexible, blended working model.
