Description: Sellick Partnership is supporting a market-leading infrastructure business in recruiting a Junior Legal Counsel to join its UK legal team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will manage high-volume end-to-end UK real estate transactions, draft and negotiate property documents, conduct due diligence for acquisitions, and advise on day-to-day operational property and dispute matters.
Eligibility: Applicants must be UK-qualified solicitors with up to 2 years’ PQE. Essential requirements include strong knowledge of commercial real estate, experience with Land Registry processes, and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously in a high-volume transactional environment.
