This is an opportunity to join the Legal and Company Secretariat function of an international fintech business, working directly with the Head of CoSec & Governance.
The role combines board level coordination, corporate legal support, regulatory projects and process improvement. You’ll work across teams, manage important deliverables and help streamline the systems and processes that support effective governance.
Ideal for someone with experience in corporate paralegal work, legal operations or governance who is proactive, tech savvy and keen to broaden their exposure.
London based, hybrid working.
