Hcb-Solicitors is seeking a solicitor with at least 2 years PQE to undertake a mix of Commercial Property work, including sale and purchase, leases, and landlord/tenant transactions. The role covers secured lending, mortgages, remortgages, and various property-related negotiations, with strong organisational and technical requirements.
You will work on pension scheme transactions, land registry matters, and management company issues, with hybrid working after a 3-month probation period.
