The T&C Supervisor role is based hybrid in Leeds within Openwork Limited’s 2plan Wealth Management framework. You will supervise appointed representatives, self-employed and employed advisers, ensuring competence through coaching, 121s and role-plays, while handling regulatory queries and KPI analysis.

We’re seeking candidates with financial services experience, a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning, strong FCA knowledge and client-facing skills.
