Conveyancing Fee Earner – Gateshead / Hybrid – Up to £50,000pa

Based at the Gateshead office and with hybrid working patterns available, we now seek an experienced Residential Conveyancer / CILEx / Licensed Conveyancer / Solicitor to join the team at this long standing Law Firm.

The Role

• Responsibility for managing your own full caseload
• Handling the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, new build transactions, re-mortgages, right to buy and help to buy schemes, from inception to completion
• Working as part of a close knit team towards common goals

The Person

• An experienced case carrying Residential Conveyancer
• Ability to title check unaided
• Experience seeing a case through from inception to completion
• Experience of using a legal case management systems
