The Ambitious Group is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our Gateshead team. This role offers hybrid working (two remote days) and a salary up to £50,000 per year, depending on experience, with full training support and private healthcare.
Based at the Gateshead office, you will manage your own caseload, handle sales and purchases including freehold/leasehold, new builds, and re-mortgage matters, and work collaboratively to reach team goals.
