UK HSE Manager: Safety Leadership & Compliance

TOMRA UK is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager to own HSE across offices, warehouses, RVM sites, and partner locations, ensuring compliance with UK legislation and TOMRA’s Safe Management System.

You will lead risk assessments, incident investigations, training, and stakeholder engagement with regulators, customers, and teams, driving a proactive safety culture and reporting HSE KPIs.
