Commercial Property Manager

A privately owned Property Asset Management firm who specialise in the Central London and UK multi-let office market are looking to recruit an APC level or Chartered Surveyor to join their commercial property management team based in Central London.

Working alongside the Head of Property Asset Management and other senior members of the team, key responsibilities include:

• Ensure delivery of day-to-day property management and ensure estates are run in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
• Identify and implement value add initiatives, surrenders, re-gears, property acquisitions and disposals.
• Act as the main point of contact for any estate management issues.
• Authorise and monitor execution of works, plus management of on-site teams.
• Organise regular occupier meetings.
• Assist with special projects when needed.
• Monitor service charges and arrears.
• Service charge budgets and reconciliations against agreed SLA’s.

Key Property Asset Management requirements:

• Degree qualified, currently undertaking APC or MRICS.
• Experience managing commercial office assets.
• Good knowledge of the L&T Act 1954.
• Excellent communication, written and IT skills.
