ARIBA Sourcing and Contracts lead

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and management of SAP Ariba Sourcing and Contracts modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Design, configure, and optimize SAP Ariba solutions for sourcing events, contract lifecycle management, and supplier collaboration.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies leveraging SAP Ariba Sourcing to support key procurement initiatives.
• Manage contract authoring, negotiation, execution, and renewal processes within SAP Ariba Contracts, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
• Oversee integration and effective utilization of SAP Ariba Network for supplier onboarding, collaboration, and transactional efficiency.
• Provide expert guidance and training to procurement teams and stakeholders on SAP Ariba processes and best practices.
• Monitor system performance, identify areas for process improvement, and implement automation to enhance sourcing and contract management efficiency.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across all SAP Ariba modules.
• Collaborate with IT and business partners to resolve technical issues, manage system upgrades, and support digital transformation initiatives.
