Housing Options Adviser: Homelessness (Temporary)

Pertemps London is seeking an experienced Housing Adviser to join a reputable housing provider in London on a temporary basis. You will manage homelessness caseloads, perform detailed assessments and make statutory decisions under Part VII of the Housing Act 1996, as amended by the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017.

The role requires strong knowledge of homelessness legislation, the ability to handle complex cases with autonomy, and delivering high standards of customer service across channels.
