Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Diabetes and Obesity Clinical Educator to lead education and training for healthcare professionals and patient groups. You will develop structured teaching on Diabetes, Obesity, GLP-1 therapies, safe prescribing and monitoring, working with the Diabetes MDT, Bariatric MDT and Surgical MDT to promote personalised care.
You will plan and monitor staff development within the appraisal framework, deliver induction programmes for new Diabetes
