Hybrid ESG & Internal Communications Strategist

Campions is seeking an Internal Communications & ESG Executive to lead internal communications across London-based teams, aligning messaging with the organisation’s strategy and ESG priorities. The role is hybrid and focuses on engaging colleagues, leadership visibility, and change programmes.

You will manage The Loop platform, develop plans for audiences, and partner with senior leaders to deliver clear, timely content, measure engagement and continuously improve communications.
