Estate Services Coordinator: Keep Housing Estates Safe & Clean

The City of London Corporation is seeking an Estate Services Coordinator to support the delivery of estate services across our housing estates, ensuring services are well organised, performance is monitored and residents benefit from safe, clean, well‑maintained environments.

Working closely with the Estate Services Manager, you will monitor systems, produce performance reports, monitor inspection completion, assign and follow up actions, and elevate delays where necessary.
