Restaurant Manager – Michelin-Listed Persian Dining

JKS Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Manager for our flagship Mayfair venue, Berenjak, to lead a small Front of House team with a hands-on, service-driven approach.

You will work closely with the management team to maintain the highest standards of hospitality, manage costs, recruitment, stock, and health and safety, while delivering memorable guest experiences in a growing restaurant group.
