We are seeking a Compliance & Legal Writer to break down complex employment laws into simple, actionable content for our users. You’ll ensure our software and documentation reflect the latest regulatory changes.

What you’ll do

• Research and monitor changes in international labor laws and tax compliance.
• Write clear, jargon-free compliance guides, policy templates, and help center articles.
• Work with the product team to translate legal requirements into software features (e.g., tax calculators).
• Review marketing materials for legal accuracy.

What we’re looking for

• Background in employment law, HR compliance, or technical legal writing.
• Ability to translate dense legalese into plain, conversational English.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong research skills.
