Technical Support Engineer for FinTech APIs

United States Digital Space LLC is hiring Technical Support Engineers to resolve customer issues from initial symptom to final resolution. You will work with Zendesk tickets, collaborate with Engineering, GTM, and Product teams, and help ensure our financial tech tools operate smoothly for customers worldwide.
