Luxury Floor Manager: Lead Guest Experience & Sales

Zegna London New Bond Street is seeking a Floor Manager to lead daily store operations and deliver the brand’s guest experience on New Bond Street. You will drive commercial performance, mentor Style Advisors and Su Misura Specialists, and partner with the Line Manager to meet KPIs.

You will coordinate schedules, support clienteling initiatives, maintain CRM-driven guest relationships, and ensure flawless execution of merchandising and brand presentation.
