Student Welfare & Engagement Lead

Oxford International Education Group is seeking a proactive Student Support Lead to lead and coordinate front-line welfare, pastoral care, and student experience at our UK campus. You will report to the Campus Manager and supervise Student Support Officers, ensuring confidential records and high-quality guidance are maintained.

The role includes coordinating student engagement, retention activities, and representing student voice, while escalating safeguarding matters per policy.
