The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting customers, developing business opportunities, and helping to drive BIM UK’s continued success in the market.
The position is home office based and will suit a motivated individual who enjoys working independently while remaining closely connected to customers and colleagues. We are looking for a person with positive attitude, enthusiasm, flexibility, and a willingness to travel.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide technical service and application support to customers.
- Support account growth and contribute to the achievement of sales targets according to the BIM Way of Working (WoW).
- Work closely with customers and BIM UK team to troubleshoot product or application issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer activity, opportunities, trials and project progress using the company’s reporting systems.
- Attend and contribute to internal operational and sales meetings.
- Represent the company professionally at customer meetings, site visits and industry events.
