Level 3 Nursery Nurse.

Banana Moon Day Nurseries is seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join our vibrant team!

As a Level 3 Nursery Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing the highest standard of care and education for young children, helping them to learn and develop in a nurturing environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Creating and maintaining a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children
• Planning and delivering engaging activities based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• Observing and assessing children’s development and progress, ensuring individual needs are met
• Building strong relationships with parents and caregivers, facilitating open communication about their child’s development
• Working collaboratively with your colleagues in a team-oriented environment
• Ensuring compliance with all nursery policies, procedures, and safeguarding practices

Requirements

Essential qualifications and experience

• A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare
• Experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and use your initiative
• Cleared Enhanced DBS check
