Autism & Learning Disabilities Support Specialist

Delphi Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist adults with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health needs at a specialist residential service in Nottingham (NG8).

The role is permanent and full-time, averaging 42 hours per week with 12-hour day and night shifts on a rolling rota. You will deliver person-centred care, support independence, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team.
