Deputy Manager, Residential Childcare Leadership

Resicare Alliance Children’s Care in Shrewsbury is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to help lead our residential home, supporting a dedicated team to deliver child-centred care to children and young people.

You will deputise for the Registered Manager, mentor Team Leaders and staff, oversee supervisions, recruitment and rostering, and ensure safeguarding, Ofsted compliance and high standards of practice.
