Job Description:
Rubislaw Park Care Home in Aberdeen’s West End is seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee day-to-day care delivery for up to 86 residents. You will guide shifts, support clinical governance and ensure high quality, person-centred care at all times.
You will lead shifts, supervise care staff, manage care planning, medication administration and risk management in line with regulatory standards, while promoting a culture of respect and accountability across the team.
