Community Nurse: Collaborative Care & Professional Growth

North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a registered nurse to contribute to multi-disciplinary teams. The post requires being fit to practice with the NMC and holding a Diploma or Degree in Adult Nursing.

The successful candidate will demonstrate flexible, adaptable work practices, effective prioritisation, and the ability to work well within a team while upholding the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and evidence-based care.
