HCRG Care Group is recruiting a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (Health Visitor) to lead the Healthy Child Programme in your locality. The role focuses on improving outcomes for children and reducing health inequalities within a skill-mixed team.

We offer flexible and hybrid working arrangements, with a local office base to support collaboration and safeguarding across the community. A driving licence and vehicle are desirable.
