Compassionate Home Administrator — Care Home Operations

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Home Administrator to support the Home Manager in a busy dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care home. You will manage admin systems, maintain financial records, and process payroll and HR information with a focus on resident wellbeing.

You will need an IT and Administration qualification (such as ECDL), strong MS Office skills, and excellent time management and organisation. The role includes safeguarding responsibilities and a supportive training environment.
