Clinical Lead RMN – Mental Health Leadership & Quality

South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust’s Stevenson Ward is recruiting a band 6 RMN to join the ward as Clinical Lead within an established leadership team where you can develop your leadership skills.

You will provide role modelling and supervise staff, support learners, lead quality improvement projects, and oversee care for female service users with acute mental health needs while participating in 24/7 shifts and collaborating with other wards.
