Dairy Laboratory Technician – Quality & Food Safety

Cotteswold Dairy in Tewkesbury is seeking a Laboratory Technician to support quality control and food-safety compliance in a busy dairy manufacturing environment.

You will perform routine sampling, microbiological, compositional and chemical tests on raw milk and finished products, recording results and maintaining accurate records. The role requires attention to detail and adherence to GLP and COSHH standards.
