Casual Nursery Nurse

Overview

We are looking for positive, enthusiastic individuals who take pride in providing the best standards of childcare. You will be responsible for ensuring that the children are cared for in a happy, secure and stimulating environment, keeping them safe and implementing our policies, procedures and regulations correctly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure children are cared for in a happy, secure and stimulating environment.
• Implement policies, procedures and regulations correctly.
• Work well as part of a team.
• Communicate with parents in a positive manner and give feedback on the progress and development of their child.

Qualifications

• Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Experience working with children.
• Subject to a DBS check prior to starting.
• Playwork certificate (advantage).
• Paediatric first aid, child protection and food hygiene qualifications (advantage).
