Deputy Manager, Children’s Residential Care (Trauma‑Informed)

Staffordshire County Council is recruiting for 3 Deputy Manager roles at our residential children’s homes in Stafford. The posts involve leading shifts, supporting the Registered Manager, and ensuring safe, nurturing environments for looked after children.

We value strong leadership, team development and commitment to trauma-informed care. Roles require a UK driving licence, and shifts include evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins where needed.
