Residential Program Manager — Support & Independence

Chrysalis is seeking a House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of a residential program. You will supervise and mentor Residential Support Staff, model best practices, and ensure high-quality services that meet residents’ medical, financial, and recreational needs.
