SEMH Mental Health Support Worker – School

REESON Education is seeking an experienced Mental Health Support Worker, Behaviour TA or SEMH LSA to join a specialist setting in Barking and Dagenham. You will support a small class of 3-6 pupils with emotional needs, trauma, and mental health challenges, helping them engage with lessons and build resilience.

The role is full-time and long-term, with a focus on safeguarding and building rapport with pupils.
