Autism Support Worker (2:1) – Evening/Weekend Carer

Work with York Limited is recruiting Young Person’s Support Workers to provide 2:1 support for a non-verbal young person with autism in York. Duties include emotional support, daily activities, and safeguarding within a structured routine.

Core hours are 3.30pm–8pm Monday to Friday and 9am–8pm on weekends on a 4-week rota, with additional hours available during school holidays. Weekly pay, holiday pay, staff uniform, online training and an employee assistance programme are offered.
