Health & Social Care Assessor – Hybrid Coaching & Assessing

t2 Group is recruiting for a Health and Social Care Assessor to support learners across Great Yarmouth and surrounding areas. This hybrid, home-based role combines remote delivery with planned workplace visits, managing your own diary to meet targets and ensure learner progress.

We require a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Adult Health & Social Care and a full UK driving licence with willingness to travel. Training will cover delivery, coaching and assessment in apprenticeship standards.
