Senior Hygiene Manager – Food Manufacturing

Staffline is recruiting for a Hygiene Manager at our site in Aylesbury to lead food safety and hygiene across production areas.

You will develop and implement hygiene standards, manage environmental monitoring, audits, and CAPA, and lead a team of supervisors and operatives. This hands-on role requires strong leadership, budget awareness, and a commitment to continuous improvement and compliance with BRCGS and retailer standards.
