Festive Colleague Nights – Inverness Inshes
Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.64 an hour; this increases to £13.85 for stores inside the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked. Additional payments may also apply depending on location and skills.
We have a range of opportunities and shifts available. During the festive season, you’ll serve customers, stock shelves, pick orders for home delivery, and support the Click & Collect service. No experience is necessary – just the right attitude.

Responsibilities
- Deliver Christmas cheer for households across the nation.
- Provide support in-store during the busy festive period.
- Stock shelves and ensure products are correctly displayed.
- Serve customers and prepare orders for the Click & Collect service.
- Take pride in delivering a brilliant customer experience.
Requirements
- Passion for delivering great service and greeting customers with a smile.
- Ability to build rapport with customers, ensuring a positive shopping trip.
