Senior Care Supervisor: Lead Home Care & Assessments (40h)

Choice Care is seeking an NVQ Level 3 qualified carer to join our team as a care supervisor. You will be involved in client assessments and reviews, liaising with relatives and health professionals, spot-checks, and writing care plans to ensure high-quality care.

This full-time, community-based role is 40 hours per week with rotating on-call payments. A driving license and access to a car are essential. The salary is £29,120 per year with weekend on-call payments.
